1. Introduction
MintMarketing LLC (“MintMarketing”, “we”, or “us”) operates an online marketplace at mintseo.com (the “MintMarketing Shop” or “Shop”) from which you may purchase marketing, SEO, or other business-related products and services (“MintMarketing Shop Products”).
These Terms of Use apply to the content and functionality of the MintMarketing Shop and to all products and services you may purchase from us via the Shop. By using the Shop, you agree to these Terms of Use.

3. Information You Provide
When you visit or transact with the MintMarketing Shop, you may provide us with information about yourself or your business. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we use and protect your information. We may need to send you emails or text messages for account, security, or transaction purposes. You consent to such communications by providing your contact information. Standard carrier charges may apply.
4. Intellectual Property
As between you and MintMarketing, MintMarketing LLC and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in all intellectual property on or contained in the MintMarketing Shop (the "MintMarketing IP"), including all trademarks, service marks, logos, content, and designs. No license or right to use MintMarketing IP is granted except as expressly set out in these Terms of Use.
If you submit feedback or suggestions (“Ideas”), you agree MintMarketing may use them freely with no obligation to you.
5. Shop Access
MintMarketing grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the MintMarketing Shop for personal or business use in accordance with these Terms of Use. Unauthorized use terminates this license.
6. Products, Content, and Specifications
Descriptions and prices of MintMarketing Shop Products are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate details, but actual products, packaging, and appearances may vary. The inclusion of any product or service at a particular time does not guarantee availability. You agree to use only products ordered from us in a lawful manner.
7. Subscriptions
a. Subscription Terms: If we offer subscription-based products/services, related terms will be disclosed at point of sale.
b. Trials/Promos: If a subscription includes a free trial or promotional period, cancellation policies will be clearly disclosed.
c. Cancellation: Instructions and rights around cancellation will be provided with your subscription.
8. Your Account
We may require account creation for access to some services. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for any activity under your account. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason.
9. Export and Compliance Policy
You may not purchase from the MintMarketing Shop if you, your country, organization, or entity are embargoed or barred by U.S. laws or international sanctions.
10. No Warranties
All products, services, and the MintMarketing Shop are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of title, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Shop at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
MintMarketing LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use (or inability to use) the Shop, including but not limited to losses of profit, business, or data, even if foreseeable. Any liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to MintMarketing in the three months preceding your claim or $20 USD.
12. Disputes and Arbitration
Except for disputes regarding intellectual property, any claim arising from these Terms of Use will be resolved by binding arbitration in Sheridan, WY, under American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules, and you waive any right to pursue claims as part of a class or representative action. The arbitrator may award damages and other remedies as permitted by applicable law but may not modify these Terms.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14. Modifications
We may update or amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting the updated version at mintseo.com. The date of the most recent update is indicated above. Continued use of the Shop means you accept any updated Terms.

16. Refund Policy
a. Services
MintMarketing LLC provides SEO and related marketing services on a B2B basis. Fees for services are non-refundable once project work has commenced or a campaign has started.
If you wish to cancel services before work has begun, you must notify us in writing at nick@mintseo.io. In such cases, you may be eligible for a refund minus any non-recoverable expenses or prepayments incurred by MintMarketing LLC on your behalf.
b. Failure to Deliver
If MintMarketing LLC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services as described in your contract or proposal, and you notify us in writing within 14 days of the issue, we will conduct a thorough review. Should it be determined that services were not provided as agreed, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, at our discretion, based on the portion of services not completed.
c. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email nick@mintseo.io with your business name, details of the service, your order reference (if applicable), and the reason for your request. We review all refund claims within 7 business days and will communicate our decision via email.
d. Exclusions
No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with results, as SEO outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of search engine algorithms and third-party factors beyond our control.
No refunds will be provided for work that has already been completed and delivered per your agreed-upon proposal or statement of work.
No refunds are given for cancellations or "change of mind" after project work has started.
e. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, payments will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
